These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cafe Live mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Cafe Live is a multi-stream viewer. It lets you place up to four live broadcasts from supported third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube, and Kick) on a single "wall", record short clips with your device, and save channels for later. Cafe Live does not host, store, or rebroadcast any video; all broadcasts play through each platform's official embedded player.
Cafe Live is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or their parent companies. All trademarks, channel names, and content belong to their respective owners. Your use of each platform through its embedded player is also subject to that platform's own terms of service.
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, and at least 13 years old, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Some broadcasts may carry their platform's own age restrictions.
Clips you record are stored on your device and are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have any rights or permissions needed to record and use them. We do not claim ownership of your clips and do not upload them to our servers.
All broadcasts are user-generated content hosted by third-party platforms. We do not control, review, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, and we are not liable for it. If you believe content infringes your rights, please contact the platform hosting it.
The current version of the App does not require an account. Your saved channels, clips, and preferences are stored on your device, and deleting the App removes them. Because there is no account, we cannot restore your data after you uninstall.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any particular stream will be available, playable, or uninterrupted, as availability is controlled by the source platforms.
The App integrates third-party services (including Google Firebase and Adjust). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App, its design, and the Cafe Live branding are owned by Cafe Live. All third-party marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cafe Live and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, from any third-party content or stream displayed in it, or from any interruption of a third-party platform.
We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
